Refund Policy

 We handle all return requests on a case by case basis. Some of our products are special order items designed by you; therefore, all sales are final on any custom orders.This includes anything that has been personalized. A new product will be made if an item is sent with the wrong spelling on our part so make sure any spelling is correct when you provide any personalized requests.   

 Keep in mind that the color of the leather can vary from screen to screen.

 Leather is not scratch resistant. We use natural leather that may include small imperfections which makes each piece truly unique and adds to the beauty. Scratches do not affect the quality or durability of the leather. If your leather gets scratched, we recommend buffing in a leather conditioner. Even buffing the leather with a soft cloth, can diminish the appearance of scratches.  

 Any special stamping, including letters and numbers, are stamped by hand. This process makes it very difficult to keep every letter perfectly straight. Don’t worry, we have a perfectionist on staff and will do our very best to keep stamping as straight as possible. Hey, we might be HAGs but we are human too!

 If you receive a damaged item that was not custom, personalized or final sale and need to request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If you need to request a cancellation of your order, please contact us within two hours. Once we start making any custom or special orders, you will not be able to cancel your order. Thank you for understanding.
